I have Emma, a local woman who keeps an eye out for the houses and you. She will be the person to meet and show you through as well.

Applicants must be clean, happy and reliable. Smoking outdoors is fine.

Terms:
1. Four weeks rent is payable before being able to move in. This amount is for the first two weeks and the last two weeks of stay.
2. Two weeks is the minimum notice to move out.
3. Rent is paid every two weeks.
